to the Capello Foundation Web site!
The Capello Foundation is a non-profit, public benefit California Corporation.
In July of 1997, our district lost a dedicated Kindergarten teacher, Pam Capello. Pam
was more than a thirty year employee of San Juan Unified School District. She was a
devoted wife, mother of four sons, a colleague of teachers and a friend to many children
and parents in our district.
Pam served her fellow teachers at Arlington Heights by being their SJTA faculty representative
for many years. She served on many committees. No project was insurmountable for Pam. She was
devoted to helping people and loved teaching.
In honor of this exceptional teacher, the Capello Foundation awards scholarships each year to
exceptional San Juan Unified High School District students. Download
