THE TRAINS OF MARIN COUNTY CD UPDATE PAGE

I have been rerecording the 13 songs for this album the past month and am getting closer to
a finish line. I had projected some time in June for the release date but it could be earlier.
I just need to get fiddle, vocal, mandolin and a pedal steel track or two lined up. I am hoping
I can get the project done by perhaps April. I will keep you informed. At the present time, the

This project started in 1997. I began interviewing folks that knew about the traindays including Bill Provines of Mill Valley, California
who was a Brakeman and Fireman for the Mt. Tamalpais and Muir Woods Railway.  I also did a considerable amound of research reading
the books of Ted Wurm and Dickenson's among others. (The Crookedest Railroad in the World and Narrow Gauge To the Redwoods).
