GEL SEATS
	Gel seats make a significant difference for riders experiencing pressure problems. They are available in a variety of widths and some have a specific shape for men or women. Many also have springs for added comfort. The angle that a seat is adjusted makes a big difference in how your body settles into a seat.
A small adjustment can sometimes offer the relief you need. For men experiencing numbness, it is VERY important to change seats immediately. There are new seats that offer a relief cutout or gel inserts that should eliminate this problem. If you are looking to change your seat, bring your old one with you so we can assess the shape when you make your choice.

FENDERS
Fenders are available for most bikes. Fenders are made from injection molded engineering plastic for strength without the sharp edges. Front suspension forks require a specific fender, and rear fenders are available with quick release features for easy removal.
